1. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Binding
By accessing or using the Mabasa website, aggregated search feeds, application tracking features, or database services provided by HOIST Inc. ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Eligibility & Platform Capacity
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access Mabasa. By accessing the site, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
3. Description of Aggregator Service & Free Core Model
Mabasa operates as a unified job aggregator compiling active job listings twice daily from Zimbabwean job boards (such as VacancyMail, VacancyBox, VacancyPost, iHarare, iHarareJobs, ZimbaJob) and select remote career platforms.
- Free Core Platform: Core job search, filtering, database bookmarks, and application tracking are free for job seekers.
- Facilitator Status: Mabasa is an informational aggregator, not a recruitment agency, staffing broker, or employer. We do not guarantee job offers, hiring manager callbacks, or listing accuracy.
4. Database Bookmarks & Account Integrity
Mabasa provides database-backed bookmarking and Kanban application tracking. You agree to provide accurate information when storing application notes and to maintain the confidentiality of any authentication credentials.
5. Third-Party Links & Outbound Applications
Job postings displayed on Mabasa link directly to third-party employer websites or applicant tracking systems (ATS). Mabasa does not operate, control, or endorse third-party career portals and assumes no liability for external application processes or hiring practices.
6. Intellectual Property & User Content
Original site code, logo designs, layout architecture, and branding are the property of HOIST Inc. Job descriptions remain the property of their original posting entities.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". HOIST INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL HOIST INC. BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF AGGREGATED LISTINGS.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
